      Do not have an account? doesn't work.
      Also the "contact us" form results in "send failed"
      So I have no way other than the forum || twitter for requesting help.

      How do I gain access to decoders and documents?
      I've just ordered device from Thing Park Market and need to start developing solution ahead of devices arriving.
